It’s pretty clear to me that we are getting closer to some sort of an “event”. For some of us there are periods of time that pass, leaving little or no memory stamp. No, the many hours spent hanging out with Jack is not what I’m talking about. I’m talking about larger gaps in time that you have to squint an eye or turn your head slightly in an effort to recollect any significant event. In this moment, I am squinting both eyes and turning my head, until I fall over on the couch…OH, WAIT, I remember something! HOCKEY…and BOATS! That’s a bit dramatic, but I’m guessing that some of you can relate.
What’s the big plan?
People that know us have heard that we have a big trip coming up. Many have heard something about a boat, as we tossed around the idea of buying a sailboat when we first began to concoct our plans. But we settled on traveling through Southeast Asia, and spending some time chartering a catamaran. Our current plan is purposefully sparse and ever-changing. Right now, it looks something like this:
